COVID Creative: Coming Together in the Time of Coronavirus
A Greenspring Review Special Feature Section and Contest
All entries submitted by April 15th will be eligible for cash prizes
Covid-19 has affected the lives of those across the world and has, in many ways, brought out the best and worst in individuals. Because of this, we want to give SU students a way to express themselves during this crisis. Whether it is a hilarious fiction or nonfiction story about being stuck inside with your family or a heartfelt poem commenting on the human experience, we want to hear it!
Send us your video journals, your quarantine songs, your sketches and photographs, your poems, your flash fiction, your comics, your best original memes, your infographics, your political and social commentaries. Send your quarantine playlists, your day-in-the-life videos, your soapbox speeches, and your anxiety-fueled monologues. Whatever you can think of!
How are you being affected by coronavirus?
How are you dealing with quarantine? What’s getting you through the day?
How is the world around you changing?
What’s your message to the SU community and the world in the midst of this?
Send your submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll start publishing on April 1st and keep going as long as you keep sending. By submitting your work to email@example.com, you are assigning the rights to Stevenson University to publish the work, with attribution, for the purpose of promoting the University and its programs.
To be considered for the contest for cash prizes, submit by April 15th, 2020. Prizes will be given in the following categories:
- Best poetry
